The probability of incidents that disrupt the normal functioning and supply of products and services of an Organization is constantly increasing. In 2012, the ISO 22301 standard was published, which defines the requirements of the Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), being a tool for organizations to improve their capabilities, to implement and operate the controls and measures to manage these disruptive incidents.
